VIN & fitment verification
We verify the complete VIN, engine size, drivetrain, transmission type, and production information before the order is completed. Engines and transmissions with the same general description are not always interchangeable - proper verification reduces delays, incorrect orders, and installation problems.
Multiple mileage options
When inventory allows, we can provide multiple options at different mileage and pricing levels so your shop and customer can choose the best fit for the repair budget.
Donor vehicle & odometer photos
Donor vehicle, odometer, engine, and transmission photographs may be available upon request. Availability depends on the specific unit and facility.
Commercial freight delivery
Engines and transmissions can be shipped directly to qualified commercial repair facilities throughout the lower 48 states. Provide the business name, delivery address, contact person, phone, and receiving hours when requesting a quote.
Freight terminal delivery
When delivery to the repair facility is not practical, the order can be shipped to the nearest participating freight terminal for customer or shop pickup.
Dedicated sales assistance
One representative for VIN and application verification, current availability, mileage and pricing options, photographs, invoicing, shipping updates, and repeat orders.
