Who we are
Car Part Headquarters, LLC is a nationwide distributor of used and remanufactured engines and transmissions. We sell replacement parts directly to vehicle owners, shops, and installers, and we provide warranty support on what we ship. Our address is 1811 S Laredo St, San Antonio, TX 78207. This policy explains what we collect on this website, why, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you request a quote, we collect the details needed to prepare a price and confirm compatibility and availability:
- Your name, email address, and phone number.
- Your vehicle year, make, and model (and VIN, when you provide it).
- The part you need - engine, transmission, or another component.
- Any mileage preference, condition notes, or other details you add.
Information collected automatically
- Cookies and similar technologies, including analytics and marketing/attribution cookies (see “Cookies and your choices” below).
- Standard technical data such as your browser, device type, referring page, and the pages you view.
- Site analytics, including Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) and Microsoft Clarity. Clarity may capture session recordings and heatmaps of how you interact with pages - this is used to improve the site, and it is only enabled when you allow analytics cookies.
- Call tracking and call recording. If you call a number shown on this site, we may use CallRail to track which marketing brought you to us and to record the call for quality and training. Call tracking runs only when you allow marketing cookies. Where required, calls include a recording notice.

Communications you consent to
When you submit a quote request, you agree that we may contact you about it by phone, text message, and email, including with automated technology. You also agree that participating parts sellers we share your request with may contact you about that request by the same means. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us directly. We may still send you messages necessary to service an active order. To stop a participating seller from contacting you, tell that seller directly, or contact us and we will pass the request on.
Who we share it with
- Supplier locations. To confirm availability and fulfill your order, we share the details necessary to locate and ship your part (vehicle details, the part requested, and delivery information) with the inventory yard or distribution center fulfilling it.
- Participating parts sellers. We may share your request - your name, contact details, location, and the vehicle and part you asked about - with one or more independent parts sellers so they can quote you. Depending on the programme, a request may go to a single seller or to a limited number of sellers. Each is an independent business, responsible for its own communications, privacy practices, pricing, warranties, and fulfilment. We are not a party to any sale you make with them.
- Service providers. Companies that help us run the business - website hosting, our database, text-message delivery, analytics, and call tracking - may process your information on our behalf.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.

We keep quote and order records for as long as needed to provide our services, honor warranties, resolve disputes, and meet legal and regulatory obligations, then delete or de-identify them. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.
