Sales Tax Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state. Therefore, all orders shipping within Texas will be charged the applicable sales tax. Returns The sales invoice must accompany ALL returns, warranties, and cores. All merchandise MUST be returned in original packaging and in a resalable condition. No refunds on engines or transmissions exchange only. No refund on electrical items, special orders, or items over 10 days old and no returns without an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) #. Manufacturer’s warranty ONLY. Restocking Fee A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders with Free Shipping, the original shipping charges will also now apply. Order Changes You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call during business hours to change your order. Typographical Errors In the event, that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Car Part Headquarters, LLC. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. Car Part Headquarters LLC. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Car Part Headquarters, LLC. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
